Cabs parked on Roads causing traffic Jam

I am a resident of Sector 62, Noida. In close proximity of my housing society are DLF building (CSC office), 3C's building (Office of ACCTUNTURE, NOKIA Seimen etc) There are approximately 3000 ppl working and since these office are working 24x7 the cabs are also plying 24x7. The problem is that these cabs are parked on the road making the movement of residents very difficult.

Along with this the construction material being used at the site of NOIDA One (Commercial complex being built) also is deloaded on road hence there is a regular traffic jam. Noida authority does not take any action against the cab service or Constructor @ Noida One. PLEASE HELP.
