Stolen mobile complaint lodged on 30.10.09 but not yet done any thing by the police

Espected sir, i have lost my nokia n73 black colour on 27.10.09. And done FIR in roorkee ganga nahar police station on 30.10.09, they send me to S.O.G ranipur, HARIDWAR where i have submitted the formalities to find out my cell phone. I went SOG 4-5 times every month and every time they say that they hav^nt any information about the cell..sir iam fed of all these police investigations they are not trying to find out a simple mobile phone then u can understand what will they do for other cases... sir plz help me to find out my cell phone
