Non completion of drainage

Last week the corporation ppl have digged in front of my apartment Jain Temple view apartment, Tambaram Sanatorium (opp to Temple) to put a cement slab on the drainage. When they started digging the corporation ppl told that it will be completed in 4 days but it is almost a week and they have not done anything sofar.

We ppl are not able to take our 4 wheeler outside and the 2-wheeler we are using a small backside gate.

In the apartment we have pregnant ladies and elder ppl and we are facing a very horrible situation.

Please look into this and take immediate action.
