Non Delivery and Misbehave

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had to receive a courier at the add. Gala No1, Jai Jagdamba Society, Road No.2, Akurli Road, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400101, dispatched from Jaipur by Mr. G.Subramanian on 30th July. I could not receive courier due to nondelivery till after 5 days of dispatch. When I made a call today on Overnite Exp. Kandivali Office on Landline No.022-26853100, An Executive said to me that you Pl call to Mr. Atul on Mobile No.9821388041. I called on 9821388041 to Mr. Atul about my packet of courier, He abused me and said that "I will not deliver you courier, You can do any thing you want."

Sir, There are some important & confidential document in that courier, and Mr. Atul as he told earlier, can misuse thereof. Please take suitable action as I can get my couier. Corier details are as follows:
