Non Receipt Of Passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my passport on 17-10, File Reference No: BHU-A034381-11, Name: BISWAJIT LENKA.

But till date I have not got it cleared and delivered to me.

Whenever I checked the web site to know the status, always I find the same status "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined".

I had been to two local police stations Purighat Police station & Badambadi Police station to inquire about it.

At both the places, I got to know that they have sent their reports before 29 February.

I had called the mobile no 919439540444 printed on fees receipt for at least 6 times but nobody had received the calls.

I sent massages to that number but every time it were undelivered.

On 28 Jun I sent a mail to Grievance Cell. But astonishingly, it was also failed with a remark "it was rejected by the recipient domain".

At this point I am in a confused state to proceed.

Hence I request your judicious self to kindly take the matter with appropriate forum to despatch the passport at the earliest.
