Silt/sewage choking problem

Sir,

this is my complaint regarding the sevege /silt choking, we are living in maruti estate, phase-1, condition of this colony is very poor .sewege is smelled and totally choked.in the rainy season and drainage came back into the houses, sir, the condition is very critic, so kindly look into the matter,

and do some thing as its need.
