Inaction of MCD on Unauthorised Construction

Paper formalities have been completed by West Zone of MCD and orders passed during March to demolish the unauthorised construction at GH-13/301, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087.

Field staff does not execute the orders and no positive response from senior officers. Reply to RTI says no Time limit to execute such orders. Everbody seems to be hand in glove for the obious reasons. On top of it Local Police harasses every second day.
