NSC
Not getting money

I have two NSC in santoshpur baranch which have maturity date on 16/12 and matured amount is nearly 30000 Rs. but when i have gone there to withdraw may maturity value they havenot paid that amount to me by saying that we have to inform them before one day, but the same thing was not mentioned in their certifaicate. when i have asked for the notification they are unable to show me any notification .even there was not any notification in the postoffice also. and above that they told me it is their internal notification . if there is any such type of notification why they are unable to show me .they are simply harasing us when i required money.

So I want if there is any such type of notifiaction and should be be notify in the wall of the postoffice also.
