Wrong delivery of consignment

We booked one packet containing official Document address to "The General Manager/STPS, Santaldih, Dist: Purulia, West Bengal, PIN:723146" on 31.12.2009 from our office under DTDC/ Kolkata's Consignment No: K 38089593.

The consignment was not at all received by the addressee.

While tracking the status of the consignment from your web site, we found that the consignment was delivered to some unknown address at Delhi, not at all related to the actual addressee.

As a result, an important job was badly affected, resulting in monetory loss of a substantial amount.

No result or fruitful information could be available from your local offices.

We want the consignment back to us urgently, failing which we will be left with no other alternative than to approach the "consumer Forum" for the redressal of our grievances.
