Illegal construction and encroachment of Land

Dear Sir/Madam,

The people residing in Kamalabari area, Vil-Adarsha Gaon, near Jugalbari Field, P.O-Duliajan have illegally encroached the

land of Oil India Ltd, Duliajan, beneath which flows the gas pipelines of Oil India Ltd and have constructed buildings and

rented accomodation on this land. It has posed great danger to the neighbours residing nearby. Instead of giving so much

complaints to Oil India Ltd, the oil administration have not taken any action in this matter or are not interested to take

action in this matter, posing risk to life of nearby residents.
