Dear Sir

I have gone to the above said shop for the purchase of shoe he has not giving receipt for the sell because he boldly says that nighter i am paying any sells tax nor service tax so i will not give you the bills.

he also added that whatever you want, do it. but i will not give you the bills of sell.

Also he says that i have not given tax since 2000 years. tax deparment has not done anything againest me so what ever you want do it.
