On dot Couriers
Non- delivery of the packet which they suppose to deliver on 23rd Feb

Dear Sir,

This is the complaint against the Non-Delivery of the Packet from the Chandigarh which suppose to be delivered at my Home address Manoj K Singhal 437-A Devli Village, New Delhi-110062 .On Dot courier from Chandigarh registered my packet from Dream Weddings by Rashmi Bindra from Chandigarh on 21st Feb which suppose to reach me on 22nd or 23rd Feb but they didn't delivered the packet within stipulated time and when inquired about the packed they said that they have delivered the packet at my home but they didn't and then misbehaved to me. i have made around 30-40 calls to various mobile no.of this company. The Packet No.was AWB 267623763 which they delivered on 5th March. Due to the delay i have lost my Rs.50, 000 contract of my client due to this delay. I want to file a complaint against this delay against the On dot courier services against the compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000 for this loss in my business.

Kindly consider my application and take the strict action against the courier company and help me in the getting the compensation.
