Non receipt by addressee

I have sent an envelope bearing AWB No. 230736351 through your Jharsuguda branch on 10.9.2010 to my son staying in Bangalore 560043. Till now he has not received the same. The contents of the envelope are original documents of his certificates. This he need to submit to his employer today. Just now I confirmed that he has not received the same. Pl. arrange to trace the envelope and arrange to deliver the same to my son today to avoid blockage of his carrier. This is a primary complaint and request you to please take it seriously to trace the packet.
