Affinity Express India pvt / Provident Fund settlement
PF Settlement

Dear Sir/Madam,

My current concern is (Laser words technologies pvt - Chennai) (25/08 to 27/05). My previous organization is (Affinity Express India pvt - Pune) (28/09 to 28/03). Last May month 2010 I had merged the both PF accounts (Chennai and Pune) and I submitted forms to Chennai PF office. All the process was done by their (Chennai) end and They are sent the forms to Pune PF office. But still I did not get my PF settlement. Kindly do the needful sir.

My Chennai PF number: TN/49246/2866
