AFL Wiz Express

Sir, i booked a courier in AFL Wiz Express on 15/02 from Chennai to Gorakhpur.(shipment no.-114573004932). The scheduled delivery date was said to be 18/02. now about a week has passed but still my courier has not reached the destination. I tried contacting the customer services but did not get a response from there. I also contacted the country office of AFL Wiz but they also did not give me a proper response. Sr, that consignment was very important to me. It was a gift and now the occasion has already passed. The response of the company in regard to my complain was also not satisfactory at all and therefore has lead to mental harassment of mine. so kindly note my complain in this regard and take the proper action as per your norms.
