Online Traffic challan
Security issue

Sir, when ever i attempt to pay online challan through Hyderabad traffic web site: http://59.90.212.185:8787/publicview/, my browser says the connection is untrusted. It says "secure.aponline.gov.in uses an invalid security certificate." I use mozilla firefox 3.6 version. Traffic offers charge even for a simple offense by citizens but they don't even care how their website is running.
