Shoddy services and cheating

I have been complaining again and again against this company because they have damaged our entire luggage which was to be transported from ahmd to kolkata. Not only did the team of their working people named Mr jaipal and Mr Rahul and Mr Bajnath made false promises, they also cheated the senior citizen by not packing the luggage in plastic wrap but also flicked the cartons and wrote wrong numbers and finally to top it all they damaged the entire crockery and the temple idols. The story does not end here, the management team to top it all their management team after so much of talking from our side they are finally ready to pay us mere 7000. Its such a shame, for someone who has lost her every prized possession and a mere compensation of 7000 rs is offered to her. So i am very upset with this entire thing and so i have decided to fight for my right for my mother who is a senior citizen and who was the one cheated by this company. Can u do something about it please? I hv written to you before also pls revert back to my complaint and tell me what can i do Thanks
