2800 ru DD not reached at reciver and sender end

Dear sir

I booked my envelop which contain examination form with 2800 Ru DD issue from Allahabad Bank for the CIT research CIT rajnandgoan Chatisgerh 491441

booking date is 9/9

but At receiver end the envelop does not delivered according to rull it should be return at sender end with in 15 day but till date (after 1.5 month) i do not received. the shop keeper where i booked the envelop saying (raghuvansi store shop no. 7 sector-19 Noida phone 4315742).

I am not responsible for this. I am already called to customer care but they also not giving me good responded.
