Gift packet devivered to someone else

I have sent one gift pack in the name of Deepak Gupta at city Haldwani - Uttaranchal. To my surprise i gift did not reach Mr. deepak Gupta even after 4 days i enquired the same from the courier company and they confirmed that it has laready been delivered at Delhi to some other Deepak Gupta. This is really sad to note that such a careless approach can be taken and how this is actually possible when complete address is of Haldwani Uttaranchal.

My POD details is 702374775. I am still fighting to get it delivered to my home but till now i am not given any satisfactory answer by anyone. No one has even cared to call me back to update the current status. I am only calling them to confirm the status.

A pathetic state of service.
