Liers and not delivering courier on time

Its the most worst courier service i have ever seen in my life. They are full of liers. On their site they are writing that courier will deliver on this date but it is not delivering. When you cal in their office they did not used to pick your phone. Once they take ur cal they keep u on long hold because they don't have answer. When ask them that we want to talk to your senior they says they are busy. Later they used to say your courier is not in my office its in pimpri office. In pimpri office no body is their to pick your call. Again call in main office. They will give a no. of a new person i.e. Mr. Sanjay who is the biggest lier. He said at 12 pm that your courier will be delivered at 2pm. I said ok... This is on friday. I waited till 6 pm.courier didn't came. I called Mr. Sanjay again he said ur courier delievered at gate. I asked at my college gate, they said no courier came today. I again called Mr. Sanjay but he didn't picked call. This happens 5-10 times. Then he picked cal he said his delivery boy informed him that he delivers but which is not. Then he said once he met deliver boy he will cal bck.i waited til 9:30 he didn't cal back.i called him again but this time some lady picked the cal. She said sanjay is nt at home and dont know when he wil come. Next Morning that is friday again i called at their office. Again they put the call on hold and said that it was not in their office it was in pimpri. Then i called again to sanjay again somebody else picked the call he said since today is saturday and saturday, sunday courier didn't use to deliver in your area. Now whom to believe. Biggest lier and worst courier service i have ever seen. This is the biggest lie example of LIERS and worst courier service. Mr. Sanjay contact number (9011115174).
