Overnite parcel

The overnite parcel service of Rudrapur (uttarakhand) received a pack of meidicine from me on 14.06.10 to be sent to Assam. The medicines are urgently required for my ailing brother. On enquiring Overnite delhi office I came to know that the pack was despatched for delhi from Rudrapur only on 18th of june. And Delhi has despatched it for assam on the same day. Till now my brother at Assam has not received it.
I am at a loss, i don't know what to do with such lapses on the part of overnite Rudrapur office. will any one listen to our agony.
