Egarding non-receipt of speed posts and registries

We are suffering due to the non receipt of our several seped post letters notice and registries which were very urgent.we were shock to know thta due to the post and delivery dept.'s negligence our letters dulyspeed posted from trademark registry and others have not reached to us and it benefitted a fraud and scam of grabbing our brand name by a cheatinhg comapany.we have tried to meet post master and the post man concerned they are still not answerring properly for this blunder. authorities say they have sent us all correspondence and we did not receive any after 26.08.2009.we amde several attempts to the postal authorities to helpn us finding out why it has happened but they simply ignore us making excuses.we have los tour brand and our bread and butter depended upon our brand . we want th epostal authorities to rectify their mistake and enable us to recover from this blunder an d shock.
