Respected Sir,

I am residing in Thiruvottiyur, Chennai. Today (08/07) i traveled in a PTC Bus which runs from Mint to Manali New Town. The Bus Number is 28A cut service with white board. The registered bus number is TN 01 5568. I got into the bus at Theradi bus stop at the time of 1.05 p.m & i want to get down at periyar nagar bus stop. It contains only one bus stop in between Theradi to Periyar Nagar. I asked for a ticket which cost 2 rupees, but that bus conductor gave me a 3 rupee ticket. Some other people got into the same bus at theradi and they traveled beyond me. They got only two rupee tickets.

The conductor charged me 1 rupee higher because he don't want to return the change and he lied that this the real cost of ticket.

Sir, Please take some actions on the conductors those who charging higher bus charge.
