Worst service from ahmedabad rpo, ahmedabad psk

I have applied for passport (File number - Z2802302012) on 9th January at Palanpur (Banaskantha, Gujarat, Pin Code - 385001), it clears police verification on 24th of January, still i don't get passport.

After 1 month of Police Verification i have ask Palanpur office for my passport status and they told me that my file has been dispatch to Ahmedabad RPO on 21st of February. After few days i have visited Ahmedabad RPO, they gave me 15 digit file number (AH07Z0028023012) and told me to track passport status online using website passport.guj.nic.in and passportindia.gov.in. I am trying to track passport status from website but still i cant find any update on website, regarding this i have also registered Complain on passportindia.gov.in (Request id 210032375, 1230019749), but i haven't get any response for this. Plenty of time i have call to toll free number for inquiry but they are not giving any proper response and they just told me to visit Ahmedabad RPO.

After few days again i have visited Ahmedabad RPO, at RPO office they forward me from one table to another table, take my hour and it results into nothing, they ask me to visit Ahmedabad PSK for further inquiry

Few days back i have visited Ahmedabad PSK For inquiry, Instead of offering help they told me that they are not their for answering customers. They are so rude that they are not ready to listen to me, they did not reply to my query and ask me to leave the office and go back to Ahmedabad RPO for further inquiry.

From last Four month I am Roaming here and there for passport, i have tried all available option for this, but after four months still i don't have any clue. its not story of my alone there are many other people (who have applied for passport during month of December, January at Ahmedabad) are getting same problem, This is the worst Service i have ever seen.
