Illegal possession of MCD park for keeping buffaloes

This to bring to you notice that the resident of plot-109, Block -A, Slum Colony, Sector-25, Rohini, New Delhi have made a possession on MCD park to keep their buffaloes. He is occupying the land of 20*20. The Buffaloes have endangered the life of my of residents. At the same time people have stop coming to the park because of the threat to their life by buffaloes and foul smell of dung here and there in park.

You are requested to take necessary action against this so that park can be utilized for the purpose it is constructed.
