Sir/mam,

I appiled for pan card 5 months back. But by your fault it delivered another adderess at 14, 22-godam (wrong adderess)

4-5 time i have sent application for redispatch on 41, 22-godam.

But no responce got. The pan card again & again was dispatched on 14, 22-godam (wrong address).

When i contacted your branch (at aanand bhawan, jaipur), they asked me for fill CSF with 94 rs fees.

But why i need to fill CSF where is not my fault.

Kindly do needful and inform me as per the same.
