Pay and Park

Dear Sir,

I have been parking my two wheeler for past one year on monthly pass renewing the same every month without fail. On April 15 my pass got expired and i was out of station for almost 20 days. After this period i asked the pay and park personel to renew my pass. He objected and to renew the pass date to start from 7th May for next one month. The personel is collecting 10 Rs instead of 5 Rs as nominal charges.

Kindly let me know the rules of pay and parking at CIDCO Railway station Pay and Park.
