Sir, my friend has applied for passport at the warangal passport office and his police verification was also done, in January. but he has not yet received his passport and the status is not available in net . his file number is HYD-Z200544-12. status shows "file name is not valid or information not available". what are we supposed to do now. he needs his passport very badly. thank you
