Passport renewal delay

The below information clearly shows the Respect for common Indian citizen and responsibility of the departments working in India.

I am M Gangadaran from Bangalore, common citizen of india. I have applied for passport on 17/06, after 1.5 month still the status is waiting for police verification. Where as police verification done about 2 weeks back. As a Indian Citizen we have no other option to check the status. I tried all other ways of knowing the status with No much luck. My friend said that copying Shri S M Krishna sir will help me to get the passport renewal done as soon as possible. As I have plans of going abroad next month, I may need my passport at least in 2 months time.

Sir, I have sent below 2 mails in last 2 weeks with no response, and I hope you will help me to get this issue sorted.

My Name is Gangadaran Mavallapalli, submitted papers for my passport renewal about 1.5 months back. Police verification done about 15 days back, still I am yet to receive my renewed passport. As I have my travel next month, I am just worried. The wonder is unable to request any service request numbers on-line in passport seva kendra, it's strange to say that.
