PASSPORT STATUS SHOWING DISPATCHED AT 23rd DEC BT STILL NOT RECEIVED

Sir,

I have applied passport in Hyderabad my file no is: hydw60134709. My status enquiry of passport website showing dispatched at 23rd December with reference No. S301830 but till now i am not received the passport. I am contacted the local postal office (Basara) for the status but they are saying that still they are not yet received. Please say the remedy for to resolve the problem.
