Old/Cancelled passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam

I had applied for new passport and submitted my original old passport.

my new passport has been granted and received by me.

(New passport no. H8909571,

File no. CHDW01542309).

But the old original passport has not been received by me after cancellation please.

Kindly return the same.
