Delay in Passport

Hi

I had filed my passport on 01st June in Pune Passport Office.

I had visited 2 (2nd Sep 2011 & 12th Sep 2011) times to the passport office and Mr. Desai. APO. Both times he said that it will be delivered in 8-10 days.

Mr Desai said that due to Ganpati there is lot of delay, but that is not an excuse to give. He thinks that only passport office celebrates Ganpati festival and no one else.

Till Date I havent recieved my passport. There is nobody to listen to us. The Grivences Link on the Passport status page also has an invalid email-id where mails do not go.

My Passport file number is P022058 year 2011.(Sunil Batra)

My Wifes passport number is P022059 year 2011 (Jyoti Batra)

Anyone reading this complaint. Please help me.
