Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport (GURDIP SINGH NIJHER - File No. CHD-F008282-10), compete with all the documents. Further, my wife and I had applied for passport under same file. My wife's passport has been issued about 10 days back however, I have not received my passport till date. I shall be grateful if the same is issued at the earliest.

I thank you for this portal for giving me an opportunity to ventilate my grievance and I am certain that my grievance will be addressed and I would be receiving my passport shortly.
