Delayed passport from last 6 Months

Sir,

That I have applied for a fresh Passport and My Police verification was done on 26th March’10 which is after two months of submission of Application form. Few days later I was able to see my status on website that “Police report is clear and Application is under process”

Sir, As a Citizen of India I am very well aware of our system and work of all Government Departments that’s why I was quiet from last Four months but now I cannot wait anymore; Hence this letter.

Sir, One more thing I would like to bring to your kind attention that I was born in Baramulla (Jammu & Kashmir) on 21 Aug’ 1984 and My family came to Delhi on 16th March 1988 when I was hardly Four years of age. Later I had done my Schooling from Delhi itself and now doing my Business in Delhi only and residing in Delhi from last 22 Years.

I was Shocked when I saw the current status of my Application form on your website it shows “ KINDLY FURNISH YOUR PROOF OF STAY AWAY FROM J&K FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND PP FORMS INCOMPLETE AND NEEDS TO SUBMIT AGAIN”

Sir, This is a simple to understand that I am a citizen of Delhi holding a Driving License, Voter ID Card, PAN card, done Schooling from Delhi then how could I can live in J&K.But Still I had submitted the needful documents again in Passport Office 40 Days Back but I don’t know why my Passport has been delayed too much. Sir, I request you with joined hands that please look into the matter and allot me a Passport as soon as possible.
