URGENT unauthorized person comes for inspection and asking for huge sum of money

The files coming for inspection at Dankuni police station in Hooghly (under Serampore sub-division) to Constable Swapan babu is forwarded to Mr. Nilanjan Manna (residing at tantipara, Dankuni) who is not a authorized person in any respect to the passport inspection or to the police department. He is just a local goon and is promoting people to make passports who do not have genuine documents and are not residents of this country by helping them make fake documents what ever are required for the passport. He charges exorbitant amount of money from them which ranges anything between Rs 4000. And this does not end over here only he also charges such amount to persons who have genuine documents and harasses them by delaying there verification report.

This is a very humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and also verify this. And help us out of this situation. This is not a problem not only for me but for the whole society. And also a big threat to the security of country.
