PASSPORT OFFICE
No status show

Hi,

I am Pratibha Verma. I had applied for Indian Passport on 17 Jun under my name from 'Bangalore One', Banshankari, Bangalore ('Bangalore One' is office where one can submit water bill, electricity bill, telephone bill, passport application form, etc). Since then, whenever i check my application status on the Indian Govt. passport website, on Bangalore city page, it gives me the following message -

Please check the file number entered, including the year of submission, and Date of Birth as the details do not match that of any file available in our database.

So, I am not able to check status of my application. When I visited the Bangalore One Office, they said that Bangalore One server has some fault that is why I am not able to check status.

Now when I called Complaint cell of Delhi on 6 sep 2010 12:20pm, they told me to fax or mail this complaint.

So how could I check the status of my application. Or should I submit a fresh application form?
