5 months delay in receiving the passport

Grievance:

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my passport application a031256 dated 14.12.2010. It has been five months and I have not received my passport yet. Due to this delay, I have lost few good opportunities to travel abroad in order to handle important assignments. It has badly affected my career and I am highly disappointed with this slow processing of the passport.

Being an Indian citizen we, the general masses has some expectations from the government and when they do not help us in time then we feel helpless.

I would request you to kindly process this ASAP and help me getting my passport at the earliest.
