ECNR delayed

Dear sir,

I am S.Urjaswathi have submitted my passport for ECNR stamp on 21-12with File. No - HYD M051020210. When applying they told me that it will get through post with in 10 days but when i have sawn the status enquiry its showing police report has not been received, I have submitted all my documents by hand in hyd passport office. Sir as i got job offer in dubai please help me in getting my passport with ECNR stamp.
