Sub:- Regarding issuance of Passport or in alternativelly refund the fees of Rs.1000/-.

Sir,

It is submitted as under:-

1. That above said application has been sent to you to issue the passport. On dt. 07.09. the Police vertification has been sent to you from the security Branch Kurukdshetra. Now more than six months has been expired but the passport in question did not issued to me so far.

So, Please keeping in view the above said facts, the said passport may be issued earlier or in alternativelly refund the fees of Rs.1000/- with damages of Rs.50, 000/-caused by due to deficiency on the part of you.
