Sir, my daughter went to passport sevakendra pune at mundhawa road with prior appointment with original document wellin time.she shown original birth certificate issued by grampanchayat.without verification it was told this is not orginal.for address proof she shown original ration card with another proof of election voting card.those documents were also denied. she has to travel from satara to pune.if verifying person do not understand original document he should have consulted to his senior or head of the department.this is physical as wel financial hard ship. passport seva kendra employee should be trained person.tata consult ency should look after this problem. otherwise it will defame orgnisation.
