Drinage over flow

The manholes at end of 24th street (Periyar nagar side) of GKM colony gets chocked, it overflows often, when we complain they come, attend to it but do not do it correctly and permanently so every week it gets choked and over flows, drainage water stagnates in the road and main road in Periyar Nagar. The area is stinking, now several manholes in the road are overflowing and there is no responce from the authorities.
