Non-Delivery of Reg. Post Parcel

Dear Sirs,

I had on 05/01 despatched vide Reg. Post Parcel RPA No.488 from Pappanaikenpudur Post Office, Coimbatore-641041 a PCA Trolley Bag [ to Ms. Snehal Kale, Reader's Digest BHE (I) Pvt. Ltd., C/o Quantum Mail Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd., International Infotech Park, VAT 761, Tower No.7, 6th. Floor, Vashi Railway Station Complex, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400705.] for replacement. The parcel has not been delivered to this date. As I have already paid for the item I am put to loss and inconvenience.

I shall be much thankful if you couls kindly take up the case with India Postal Dept. and request them to trace and deliver the item to the addressee without further delay.
