Dear Manager,

Please note that we have sent one parcel from BAHRAIN to INDIA (ALWAL, SECUNDARABAD) on 24th Jan and till now we did not received it, as per BAHRAIN post this parcel should reach with in 14 days.

The main issue is the post man of AWAL (SINDHUJA COLONY) he is really bad manners fellow and he don’t know how to speak with ladies specially when the elder persons are not at home, we are strictly complaining about that person and requesting you to take a necessary action and advice him to treat good with the people, I don’t know his name as I am in BAHRAIN and I got this complain last time when I sent my parcel.
