My brother from nandyal has sent me a cover by your courier service. The docket No. is NDL 0252999 dated 18/02 consigned to me, the address given is as under:

On enquiry on 25.03.2010 I was told because of insufficient address the cover was returned to sender. I regret to inform you that on personal enquiry by my brother at your NANDYAL branch he was told they have not received back the cover. I am surprised to note even after a laps of 16 days I do not know the fate of my docket. I work for CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA we have engaged your services for quite a long time, if this is the way, is your service, we will be constrained to complain to our higher authorities to stop your services for our organisation. If I donot hear from you by 05.04.2010 evening I shall proceed legally against you in the consumer forum. I hope I am amply clear.
