PF claim status

Hi,

I had applied for PF withdrawal through IBM Bangalore. IBM confirmed that they had successfully filed the application on June, its been 4 months now. No updated from PF office and I have not received the money yet.

I'm not able to check the status online as its throwing error message that the Estalishment code doesn't exist. Please can you help?
