Respected Sir,

I the undersign Pramod Dalvi, living at Yewalewadi Kondhwa Bk. Pune--48. Belonging in Gramin area under haveli police station.

i was placed a complaint (FIR) in written to Senior PI Mr. Satish Patil in Haveli Police Station swarget pune dated 13-12 against Vijay Malge about harassment and tourchering of my wife and my family.

But yet there is no action against him, i beg you that please take any action against him.

Here in Police station they are giving me such answer that why you don't leave the city.

also one of the constable told me that leave the kondhwa.

After giving the complaints he harrase me more, also making a photo of my wife with him and showing to my friends and Relatives and saying that she is prostetute and as early as marry with me.

also in my family i have 2 daughter one is in FY bcom and other in 8th std, now tell me that what can we do now... because whenever i was beg for my family in Police station they told me that the person vijay malge has very big contacts in politics that why we cant do anything to him, you do one thing that place the case against him in private court.

please give me justice as soon as possible.

Also my wife was working in his tailoring shop in 2008 and one day he told to my wife that come with me in pune for taking photo with him but when my wife ignore him then he said that if you are not come with me then i will kill you. also he told that my contact is very far up to delhi, no one can do anything with me, i am the law.
