Eckless and idot postman... not delivering passports

Hi,

i am jaideep singh, resident of H.no.52. lane no. 5, gokul ka bagh 100 ft road, amritsar. i want to give complaint against postman of this area because of reckless behaviour and being non cooperative. for not delivering very important document such as passport.

since last two years our postman has not been delivering our letters in time and most often return most mails with out reaching to us. now he has crossed all limits and not delivering passports of my spouse and not providing service as required.

he told me to visit post office to get passport but there i met yet another idot who says that i have your passport but he cannot give it to me. simply because he does not know me. and ask me to get hold of postman if i wish to get my passport.

since last two days he has not delivered my wife's passport and i have been sitting at home just to make sure that he'll come to deliver but to no avail.

i wish to know where shall i go... why cant some one in post ofc can not deliver passport to whom it is property of. why cant they give me passport without permission of post man. it is so disgusting on the part of both concerned post ofc employees.

please assist me what shall i do and how can i make him perform his duties diligently.
