My PPF account no.1850895 was opened at Guna in joint name, it continued for years together even at Gwalior for three years. After receiving letter from post office Lashkar Gwalior, a fresh SB-3 FORM was filled & desired affidavit to continue PPF account in single name has also been given. A web complain no. 100000-63269/63769 has also been lodged
