Sub: Complaint against Post Office Recurring Agent Mrs. Amita P Ajmera (AgentCode MPKBY/DSS-4560).

Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned, is a Recurring Depositer of Mandvi Post Office Branch, Recurring A/c opened on 04/06 on my wife name PONSANTHAKUMARI M KONAR my Recurring A/c No.916499 or 916500 . I say that I have opted to pay monthly scheme of Rs. 1000/- by cash.

I say that the abovenamed agent used to come to my office for collection of the RD amount. I say that I used to pay her the amount in cash. I say that the abovenamed agent used to assure me that she would provide me the passbook every financial year complete. I say that in 2 years she has collected the RD amt.from me and she provided the passbook only for the year till March and for year march she is refusing to give when I went to Mandvi post office to collect information staff replied that passbook is with agent you can get information only from agent when I followed strictly and asked the RD A/c no she gave me 916500 but in first RD opening amt receipt what she paid in that it was 916499.

I say that I trusted the abovenamed agent and has not suspected his credentials and hence used to accommodate for not bringing my passbook copy.

Sir, I would like to lodge a complaint against the abovenamed agent for cheating. I hereby request you to look in the complaint and take necessary action and also my RD amount to be credited to my RD A/c.
