Dear Sir,

It is a matter of great concern that the facility has been provided to the citizens of India to get Aadhaar Card for their convenience. But here it to inform that the concerned agency to whom contract has been awarded is not serious to provide correct cards to the cardholders.

I had applied for Aadhaar Card vide Enrolement no. 1211/50359/03861 on dated 13.06.11 with the following particulars but incorrect card has been issued whereas immediately this was informed to the agency that wrong particulars have been accounted for. They provided receipt of the correct particulars. Even then wrong card has been prepared & sent.

It ahs been observed that incorrect address are being punched hence cards are not being received by the correct individuals. It only wasted of Govt. expenditure & the very purpose is defeated.

In view of the above, it is suggested that contact no. may be indicated in the card so that in case of incorrect address the correct delivery of card to the individual is ensured.

Secondly a reasonable penalty may be imposed on the agency who has issued card with wrong particulars.

I am sure that your good office will take not of it & arrange to send me card for the correct particulars.

An early action is requested.
